Athletes must have a current SPORTS physical on file, drug consent form, Consent for Liability, and Sports Code of Conduct forms. You must also have an account on athleticclearance.com prior to Tryouts. You may stop by room 404 to pick up a sports physical packet or click this link to download all forms Sports Physical Packet for Parents. Student-athletes must also have a 2.0 GPA or higher in order to participate. This will be checked prior to tryouts and again once the semester 1 grades have been posted so if a student makes the team and their GPA drops when report cards come out after Semester 1 they may be cut from the teams.
